Every year, our events are only made possible through the selfless commitments of our volunteers. Roller Coaster Run is characterised by it's fun, vibrant volunteers, who bring the joy, energy and face paint to the trails. Do you want to give a helping hand in 2025?
Maybe you are racing the Twilight Mad Mouse 12k and have time to bring some stoke as a Course Marshal from midday til 4pm. Maybe you are lining up for the 23k and wouldn't mind helping out at bib collection early morning for the 46k. Or maybe you have a friend or family member running, and want to fill your soul with that glowing feeling of lending a hand.
ROLES
We have the following roles available over the weekend:
Course Marshals: We have over 25 course marshal roles that need filling for the weekend ranging from 1 hour to 4 hours.
Bib collection and Gear Check
Finish line/Event village helpers: Hand out medals, cheer, assist in any way we need you!
Aid Stations: These are the super rewarding roles in which you can assist runners to survive the journey on course.
Sweepers: Be in the thick of the action.
Course Clearers: These roles are on Sunday after the event. Come back the day after racing to help keep the Forests Clean!
VOLUNTEER BENEFITS:
1-3 hours: A Roller Coaster Cap + 30% off ASICS voucher + $50 credit towards a future SingleTrack Events race.
3-6 hours: A Roller Coaster Cap, Stampede Crew Shirt + 30% off ASICS voucher + $100 credit towards a future SingleTrack Events race.
6+ hours: A Roller Coaster Cap, Stampede Crew Shirt + 30% off ASICS voucher + $150 credit towards a future SingleTrack Events race.
